Thailand is drawn in the same group as Vietnam, Pakistan, and the Philippines for the FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026.
On 29 July 2026, FIFA officially announced the group draw results for the inaugural FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026, which took place on 27 July 2026.
The tournament is divided into two divisions: Division 1 matches will be held in Indonesia, and Division 2 matches will take place in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The draw results are as follows.
Division 1 Group A - Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Singapore; Group B - Vietnam, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines.
Division 2 Group A - Hong Kong, Myanmar, Brunei; Group B - Cambodia, Laos, Timor-Leste.
The tournament will be held from 24 September to 3 October 2026. FIFA will provide detailed information on the competition format and schedule in the near future.
