Theerasil Phaipimai, Thai national team striker, said, "This period is when we review tactics and train to build strength ahead of facing Singapore. We will try our best. Scoring against Singapore previously in the ASEAN Cup has given me confidence, but now Singapore is a very strong team with a great system."
"Many players in this Singapore squad are key figures at their clubs and have played together for a long time. Their team system is excellent. We must be very cautious. Our goal in the first match is to give our all and bring back a win. I ask all Thai fans to support us. We will do our best."
