On 29 Jan 2026, Elias Dolah, a Thai national team defender who recently moved to BG Pathum United on loan from Buriram United, had seen limited playing time recently.
Partly due to an Achilles tendon injury sustained in July 2025, which was aggravated again during the Songkhla PAO Charity 2025 match where Buriram United drew 1-1 with BG Pathum United on 11 Oct 2025.
Elias returned to the field as a substitute, marking his debut with the 'Thunder Castle' by playing 5 minutes in BG's 4-0 home win over Pattani FC in the Chang FA Cup 2025/26.
He then joined former national team coach Masatada Ishii at BG, where he started his first full match of the season, playing all 90 minutes to help BG Pathum United secure 3 points with a 2-0 win over Dynamic Herb Cebu in the ASEAN Club Championship 2025/26.
After the game, Elias expressed his feelings and thanked both clubs and Masatada Ishii for the opportunity and patience while he recovered to full fitness..
