Nevin Shares First Comments After Buriram Clinches 11th Thai League Title, Reveals Future Goals

"Nevin Chidchob," chairman of Buriram United, aims to win the 12th Thai League title and pledges to do his best in the ACL.

On 13 April 2026 GMT+7, after Buriram United announced their triumph in the 2025/26 Thai League season, marking the 11th title in the club’s history.

Following the match, Nevin Chidchob shared his thoughts with Thairath Sport on several topics.

"We must continue to make history for Buriram United. Even though four matches remain until the end of the Thai League season, I assure everyone we will maintain Buriram’s standards. The success achieved must be credited to the fans who have stood by us all along."

"For me and the staff, we have already started thinking about the 12th championship. From now on, preparations must begin to achieve that goal, which would also be our sixth consecutive title."

"Regarding ACL ELITE, we are less worried this year. Last year, we reached the quarterfinals without winning the Thai League, so we were concerned. This year, we will try our best. We know it’s tough, especially facing teams from Iran or the UAE, whose players have higher standards than ours. But we will fight with all our might—anything can happen in football. Our goal since founding Buriram United over ten years ago has been to become a TOP 5 team in Asia. We have been teased and bullied for this, never forgetting those words, but we will achieve it. I ask our fans to continue standing by Buriram United."
