Following their 2-0 victory over Ayutthaya United, Nevin Chidchob, president of Buriram United, shared insights with Thairath Sport on various topics, including the development needs of Buriram's rising stars Thanakrit Chotmuangpak and Natthakorn Rattanasuwan.
"Fitness remains an issue. They are small in stature, gifted, and talented, but their fitness levels are insufficient. They need to work on this to compete for a First Team spot. Without adequate fitness and physicality, they cannot compete effectively. They must improve themselves. While they might start regularly on other teams, here you must combine both natural talent and hard work. Both Natthakorn and Thanakrit need to enhance this area. Next season, more youth players from the club's academy, beyond these two, will be brought in to build resilience because we will be competing in five tournaments next year."
