In the 32nd minute, Selangor FC put the ball in Buriram's net following Alvin Fortes' free kick, which was saved by Neil Etheridge. Mohammed Abu Alnadi then volleyed the rebound into the goal, but the effort was disallowed due to Abu Alnadi being offside.
