Chayapipat Admits Park Hang Seos Preseason Training Is the Toughest Hes Experienced

Chayapipat Suphanphet, midfielder of Phlangkan FC, admitted that training with Park Hang Seo was the toughest preseason training he has ever experienced.

On 30 August 2026 GMT+7, Phlangkan FC held a press conference to officially launch the club's participation in the 2026/27 Thai League 2 season, setting a target to win the championship and return to Thai League 1 within one year.

Chayapipat Suphanphet, midfielder of the “Iron Horse” Phlangkan FC, spoke about the team's training under Park Hang Seo, former coach of the Vietnam national team, who is known for very intense and rigorous training sessions.

Chayapipat said, “It’s amazing and very exhausting. This preseason has been the toughest I've ever experienced, but I learned a lot of new things I hadn't encountered before. The training is consistently hard, instilling discipline in the players. Off the field, we are always given tasks, trained to wake up early, and develop routines that professional players must follow. He enforces discipline both on and off the field.”

“For example, before a match, we should eat three hours prior, and many other small details that we might otherwise overlook.”

“When I played in Europe, the culture was different from that of South Korea or Thailand. It's good that I now have the chance to experience and learn new things; it’s very beneficial.”

Phlangkan FC’s opening match is scheduled as an away game against Satun United on 6 August at 19:00 GMT+7.
