On 3 June 2026, the six English Premier League teams with the highest number of players called up to represent their national teams in the 2026 FIFA World Cup were revealed, following the submission deadline for the final 26-man squads of all 48 participating nations ahead of the tournament running from 11 June to 19 July.
It turns out Manchester City, the runners-up in the 2025-26 Premier League season, have the most players going to the 2026 World Cup, with 19 players spread across 12 different national teams in this tournament.
On the other end, the teams with the fewest players called up for the 2026 World Cup are Coventry City and Ipswich Town, two newly promoted clubs, each with just 2 players participating in the competition.
