Top 5 clubs with the most players selected for the 2026 World Cup: the number one is not a league champion club. The list reveals which clubs have the largest national team representation for the upcoming tournament.

On 4 June 2026 GMT+7, the five clubs worldwide with the most players named to their national teams for the 2026 World Cup have been revealed, following the deadline for submitting the final 26-player squads for all 48 participating nations, ahead of the tournament running from 11 June to 19 July.

It turns out that Manchester City, the English Premier League runners-up, have the most players selected for the 2026 World Cup, with 19 players representing 12 different countries in the tournament. They narrowly lead Bayern Munich, the German Bundesliga champions, by just one player.

Arsenal, the Premier League champions and 2025-26 UEFA Champions League runners-up, rank third, having one more player selected than Paris Saint-Germain, the French champions. Barcelona comes in fifth, also contributing a significant number of players to the competition.
