
Harry Kane has admitted ahead of leading the England national team into the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Harry Kane, the England national team striker from Bayern Munich, has acknowledged that the 2026 World Cup might be his last. Following his outstanding performance this past season, he believes this is his best chance to win a World Cup title in his lifetime.
The 32-year-old Kane said, “The hunger is definitely there. You know, it could be my last one. It might be. You never know what will happen in football.”
“You never know when injuries might happen. The World Cup is the pinnacle of my career. This will be my third tournament.”
“I would say that my current physical condition, along with my performance this season, probably gives me the best chance in my career to win the World Cup.”
For the 2026 World Cup, England is drawn into Group L alongside Croatia, Ghana, and Panama.
