On 17 June 2026, Opta, a leading football statistics expert, revealed the top 10 clubs whose players have scored the most goals in World Cup final tournaments, following the latest match of the 2026 World Cup.
Bayern Munich ranks first, with a total of 80 World Cup goals scored by its players. The latest goal was by Jamal Musiala in Germany's 7-1 rout of Curaçao in the opening match of Group E.
This puts Bayern Munich sole in first place, just one goal ahead of Real Madrid in second. Real Madrid's latest goal was scored by Vinícius Júnior during Brazil's 1-1 draw with Morocco in Group C.
Manchester United is the only Premier League club in the top 10, ranking sixth. Their latest goal came from Amad Diallo, who scored the winner as Ivory Coast edged Ecuador 1-0 in the first Group E match.
