Regarding his goal celebration mimicking a phone call, Kamada revealed, "It’s a celebration of my teammate Eddie Nketiah (Crystal Palace). He has struggled with injuries this season and once asked me to do that celebration if I scored in the Premier League."

"Although I haven’t scored in the Premier League yet, I told him I would do that celebration if I scored in the World Cup."

Looking ahead to the final Group F match against Sweden on 25 June, which will decide advancement, Kamada said, "The group situation is still undecided, but all of us aim to secure 3 points."
