Thailand Post delivered 67.3 million postcards and online postcards via the Prompt Post and Pao Tang applications, supporting the 2026 World Football Championship winner, to Thairath. This is in preparation for the "Cheer Football Loudly, Celebrate and Win Prizes Anytime, Anywhere" event, where participants can win a grand prize of gold worth 7 million baht and many other prizes totaling over 12 million baht on 6 Aug 2026 GMT+7.
After the conclusion of the 2026 World Cup, with Spain winning the championship, Thailand Post sorted postcards and online postcards sent by the public nationwide to support the champion team. This year, there were a total of 32,468,777 entries, comprising 29,147,802 postcards and 3,320,975 online postcards via the Prompt Post and Pao Tang apps. Meanwhile, entries supporting other teams totaled 34,826,942.
Thailand Post handed over postcards and online postcards supporting Spain, packed in 178 Big Bags, and those supporting other teams, in 158 bags, to Thairath for the prize draw scheduled on 6 Aug 2026 GMT+7. The ceremony was chaired by Ms. Nan Boonthida Somchai, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. Winners of prizes totaling over 12 million baht will be announced through Thairath newspaper and can be checked on the "Cheer Football Loudly, Celebrate and Win Prizes Anytime, Anywhere" campaign websites at www.thairath.com and www.thailandpost.co.th.
