The Thai Volleyball Association has released the men's and women's team rosters before final cuts for the 'SEA Games 2025,' with particular attention on who will replace Mome at the outside hitter position.
On 2 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Coach Ott Kiattipong Ratchatkriangkrai, head coach of Thailand's women's national volleyball team, updated on the team's readiness during their training camp ahead of the SEA Games 2025, which Thailand will host from 9-20 December. He confirmed that the camp currently has 20 athletes, who will be cut down to the final 14 on 7 December.
The list of 20 female players is as follows:
Middle Blockers: Chatchu-on Moksri (Captain), Atchara Kongyot, Kattika Kaewpin, Natthima Kupkaew, Warisara Sritale, Supawadee Panwilai.
Outside Hitters: Pimphicha Kokram, Wiralyupa Inchan, Natthawan Phadthisong.
Opposite Hitters: Thaddaw Nujang, Hatthaya Bumrungsuk, Wimolrat Thanaphan, Warunee Karnum, Kanyarath Khunmuang.
Setters: Pornpann Kerdphol, Natthnicha Jaisean, Kanokporn Sangthong.
Liberos: Piyanuch Pannoi, Nichakorn Wansuk, Kanyarat Kamwong.
A special focus is on the outside hitter position, as Mome—Thanatcha Suksod—was injured while playing in the professional league in South Korea. Consequently, Coach Ott decided not to call her up this time, raising the key question of who will be chosen to fill this role.
