2025 SEA Games volleyball results: The Thai national team was slow to warm up but came from behind to defeat Singapore 3-1 in sets.
On 13 Dec 2025 GMT+7, during the men's volleyball competition at the 2025 SEA Games hosted by Thailand, the Thai national team, coached by South Korean Park Ki-won, played their first group stage match against Singapore at 17:30 at Indoor Stadium Huamark, Bangkok, Thailand.
In the first set, Singapore performed better, defeating the Thai national team 25-22 to take a 1-0 lead in sets.
In the second and third sets, the Thai players clearly improved, winning decisively 25-15 and 25-18, taking a 2-1 lead in sets.
In the fourth set, despite falling behind early, Thailand came back to win 25-20, finishing the match with a 3-1 set victory (22-25, 25-15, 25-18, 25-20). They earned 3 points and currently hold second place in Group A, behind Vietnam, who defeated Laos 3-0 in sets.
