
KLPGA has signed with Pharma Research to launch the "Rejuran Championship" at Amata Spring Country Club in March next year.
The Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) together with Pharma Research have signed an agreement to hold the international women's professional golf tournament "Rejuran Championship" from 12-15 March 2026. This will serve as the opening event for the 2026 KLPGA Tour season, with total prize money of USD 800,000 (26.286 million baht). Quad Sport Company holds the event rights. The tournament will be held at Amata Spring Country Club in Chonburi. The signing took place at Amata Spring Country Club, Chonburi, on 29 December.
Sangyol Kim, president of the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA), along with Sangsoo Jung, president of Pharma Research, jointly signed the agreement. The competition aims to promote and develop women's professional golf internationally, foster collaboration among international organizations, private sectors, and the Thai host venue, and advance the organization of world-class tournaments.
Sangyol Kim, president of KLPGA, said, "We see Thailand's potential as a tournament host and recognize it as a key golf destination for Korean golfers. This event also aims to promote development and strengthen relationships between organizations."
Meanwhile, Sangsoo Jung, president of Pharma Research, said, "I am very honored to be part of advancing South Korea's professional golf scene. Supporting this tournament is a great opportunity to back female golfers and provide an international competition platform that will help expand future events."
This tournament will open the 2026 KLPGA Tour season from 12-15 March 2026 at Amata Spring Country Club in Chonburi. The total prize money is USD 800,000 (26.286 million baht). Golfers from the KLPGA Tour and various countries will participate actively. This event is also expected to stimulate golf sports tourism in Thailand.
