At the WST Skateboarding World Championships, ST Variraya Sukkasem, a female skateboarder representing Thailand, gained recognition with an outstanding performance, advancing to the semifinals among the final 16 competitors.
On 7 March 2026, 14-year-old ST Variraya Sukkasem, a female Thai national skateboarder, delivered an excellent performance to reach the semifinals among the last 16 at the WST Skateboarding World Championships in São Paulo, Brazil. She scored a top mark of 42.15 points, finishing 14th out of 40 athletes in the quarterfinals.
This achievement marks another important milestone for the young Thai star on the global stage. The Extreme Sports Association of Thailand praised ST's outstanding performance, noting that this is her second time advancing to the semifinals of a world-level event, having previously done so at the Olympic qualifiers in Hungary.
The semifinals are scheduled for 7 March at 21:35 Thailand time and will be broadcast live on World Skate's YouTube channel.
