At the World Tour Super 750 badminton event, the "KFF Singapore Badminton Open 2026" in Singapore, in the mixed doubles second round, "Bas" Dechapol Puavaranukroh and "Fem" Supissara Paewsampran, the defending champions ranked third in the world and seeded second in the tournament, faced Chen Zi Yi and Francesca Corbett, ranked 47th in the world from the United States.
The result was that "Bas" Dechapol Puavaranukroh and "Fem" Supissara Paewsampran showed superior form, winning 2-0 games with scores of 21-6 and 21-11, taking 25 minutes in total.
This victory advanced "Bas" Dechapol Puavaranukroh and "Fem" Supissara Paewsampran to the quarterfinals, where they will face the winner between the Thai pair "Title" Ruttanapak Oupthong and "Jane" Choeanicha Sudjaiprarat, ranked 15th in the world, and the Japanese pair Yuichi Shimogami and Sayaka Hobara, ranked 18th in the world.
