Factors contributing to the success of the Thai national team included: 25.03% citing the players’ potential and capability, 22.60% the head coach and coaching staff’s abilities, 19.74% the duration of team preparation, 16.55% support from the association, 14.10% encouragement from Thai sports fans, and 1.98% other factors. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratthapong Boonyanuwat, director of the Human Capital Development Innovation Center at Kasem Bundit University, added that the Volleyball Nations League is one of the competitions that attracts volleyball fans worldwide, as it brings together world-class players competing as national teams. This aligns with the survey results, where the majority of respondents, especially fans of the Thai women's national volleyball team, showed strong interest in following the competition. Although the Thai team will face top world-class players, given their potential and past performance combined with the skill of the head coach and team staff as well as support from the volleyball association and cheering from fans, the sample group believes the Thai team has a fairly good chance of reaching the quarterfinals. However, for the Thai women’s volleyball team to break into the quarterfinals and maintain their ranking to avoid relegation, beyond the athletes showcasing their potential, a key challenge will be the role of the head coach and staff in building collective strength—particularly through strategies and tactics that demonstrate their class under the goal of turning hope and opportunity into success and bringing joy to Thai sports fans as before.
