Aomsin Sasipaporn Decides After Thai Womens Volleyball Lose to Belgium in VNL 2026 Round 1, Match 3

Aomsin Sasipaporn has made a decision after the Thai women's volleyball team lost to Belgium in VNL 2026 Round 1, Match 3.

On 6 June 2026, Aomsin Sasipaporn Chantavisut, the key middle blocker of the Thailand women's national volleyball team, gave an interview after the FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League 2026 Week 1, Match 3 in Nanjing, People's Republic of China.

The Thai women's volleyball team led 2-0 sets but could not maintain the advantage, eventually losing to Belgium 2-3 with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 23-25, 22-25, 14-16.

Aomsin Sasipaporn Chantavisut commented on the match: "It's regrettable, but everyone gave their all. Today, I want to thank my teammates for fighting throughout. When asked if we fought, yes, we always fight, but there were mistakes we need to correct."

"Including myself, sometimes my finishing or individual skills are not good enough. I will work on improving quickly, study what is lacking in myself, and analyze our opponents for tomorrow's match."

"(Do you feel discouraged after leading 2 sets and then losing?) Not at all. I don't know why we would feel discouraged because we have to keep moving forward. I will keep fighting and still stand by my words that we will win and bring back victory."

In VNL 2026 Week 1, Match 4, the Thai women's volleyball team will face the Czech Republic on Sunday, 7 June at 10:30 a.m. Thai time. Currently, Thailand has earned 2 points from two 2-3 set losses and is ranked 16th out of 18 teams.
