
Nawin Footweemangsub won the Overall Low Gross title at the first leg of the "Color Of The East Golf Paradise 2026" tournament held at Royal Hills Golf Resort in Nakhon Nayok.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Eastern Region, together with Triple Nine Network Company Limited, officially launched the first leg of the major golf tournament "Color Of The East Golf Paradise 2026" last Friday at Royal Hills Golf Resort & Spa in Nakhon Nayok. This event aims to boost the sports tourism economy during the off-season under the "PLAY STAY SAVE" strategy, encouraging golfers and their families to travel, stay overnight, and spend locally to sustainably distribute income throughout the eastern provinces.
The atmosphere at the inaugural tournament was lively with many golfers competing amid lush natural surroundings, eager to win numerous prizes. The highlight was Nawin Footweemangsub, who delivered an excellent performance with an Out score of 32 and In score of 41, totaling a Gross 73, earning him the Overall Low Gross championship for the event. He received a prestigious trophy from TAT and a golf package including rounds and accommodation at Laem Chabang International Golf Club in Chonburi.
At the awards ceremony, Kanokkittika Kritwutikorn, Director of the Eastern Region of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and Watcharaphon Sarasorn, Director of the TAT Nakhon Nayok Office, honored the winners by presenting trophies and warmly congratulating the victorious golfers.
