The 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship (AVC Volleyball Continental Championship 2026) is being held in Tianjin, People's Republic of China, from 21 to 30 August 2026.
The tournament format for the first round advances the top two teams from each group, along with the two best third-placed teams, into the knockout quarterfinals. The champion of the 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship will earn an automatic ticket to compete in the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, USA. Additionally, the top three teams will automatically qualify for the 2027 Women's Volleyball World Championship.
The result was that the Thai women's volleyball team defeated the Australian women's volleyball team 3-0 in sets, with scores of 25-15, 25-15, and 25-18.
The Thai women's volleyball team is scheduled to face the Indonesian women's volleyball team on 24 August at 14:00 Thailand time.
