Pimpichaya sends a message to Thai women's volleyball fans before the Asian final.
She teased fans not to forget to visit the temple to pray for the championship.
Following the Thailand women's national volleyball team's 3-1 victory over Japan with scores of 25-21, 25-20, 20-25, 25-20, they advanced to the 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship final to face China, while Japan will compete for third place against Iran.
After the match, Pimpichaya Kokram, a star player of the Thai national team, said, "I was really moved; it’s unbelievable. Everyone gave their all and executed what we discussed in the meeting. Today, everyone played together well. I’m very proud of each one of them."
"Thank you to all the fans who went to the temple to pray for us. Tomorrow, don’t forget to go to the temple and pray for us again (smiles)."
"We will do our best and also learn from the game that China played against Iran."
