This win gave the Thai men's volleyball team a perfect 2-0 record, earning 5 points and securing first place in Group C, guaranteeing their place in the top 8 of the 2026 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship in Japan.
Several players from the Thai women's volleyball team were also present at the sidelines to cheer, as they are currently training for the 2026 Asian Games in Fukuoka, Japan—the same city hosting the men's championship.
