Nan Thaddao Nukjang, a key player on the team that won the 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship and qualified for the 2028 Olympic Games, will carry the flag together with Tor Chaloemchan Yoswiriyapanich, an equestrian athlete, leading the Thai delegation at the 2026 Asian Games opening ceremony at Paloma Mizuho Stadium.
However, the Thai women's volleyball team has a schedule to play the Asian Games 2026 quarterfinals against Indonesia tomorrow (20 September 2026) at 10:00 local time (08:00 Thai time), raising concerns about whether this will affect rest and physical condition before the match.
