In the deciding game, momentum shifted to the Thai side. Bas–Fem led 13-10, but the Danish pair caught up to 13-13, making it close again. The Thai pair then accelerated in the final stretch, scoring crucial points to win 21-18 and claim victory 2-1.
This win crowned Bas–Fem as champions of the India Open 2026. It marks their 8th title together and their 3rd at the World Tour Super 750 level, following victories at the 2025 Singapore Open and 2025 China Open, cementing their status as one of the world’s top mixed doubles pairs.
