Unstoppable Chemistry! Spotlight on “Bas-Fem” Duo’s Success with 8 Titles in Just Over a Year

A look at the achievements of “Bas” Dechapol Puavaranukroh and “Fem” Supissara Paewsampran, who have won 8 championships together in only 1 year and 3 months.

On 18 January 2026 GMT+7, “Bas” Dechapol Puavaranukroh and “Fem” Supissara Paewsampran continued their impressive streak by winning the mixed doubles title at the 2026 India Open, a World Tour Super 750 event. This marked their 8th championship since officially forming their partnership.

The Thai national mixed doubles pair began their partnership in late 2024, after Bas split from “Popor” Supissara Taerattanachai following the conclusion of the 2024 Olympic Games.

Their first tournament playing together was the 2024 Arctic Open in Finland, held in October of the same year, classified as a Super 500 event.

Although a new pairing, “Bas-Fem” quickly found their rhythm, capturing their first title at only their third tournament together—the 2024 Kumamoto Masters Japan in November. This victory marked the rapid start of their successful journey.

Most recently, in the final of the 2026 India Open, the duo played strongly to defeat a Danish mixed doubles pair in a thrilling three-game match, clinching their third Super 750 title and cementing their success across all levels of the Badminton World Tour.

The 8 titles won by “Bas-Fem”:

1. Kumamoto Masters Japan 2024 (Super 500)

2. Syed Modi India International 2024 (Super 300)

3. Malaysia Open 2025 (Super 1000)
