Buriram United Esports Reclaims RoV Pro League 2026 Summer Title with ‘Deawwy’ Winning FMVP

7 April 2026 – Garena Online (Thailand), a leading global developer and provider of online games, officially announced the conclusion and success of the Arena of Valor (RoV) esports tournament, RoV Pro League 2026 Summer, under the concept “DREAM RISER.” The top esports club, Buriram United Esports, triumphed to claim the 17th season championship, receiving a total prize of 6 million baht. This season, Garena RoV made a breakthrough by launching the first-ever all-female tournament, Miss RoV Tournament 2026, underscoring the strength of Garena RoV as Thailand’s number one mobile MOBA game. The event elevated the finals into an “Esports Festival.”

The RoV Pro League 2026 Summer ran from 31 January to 5 April 2026, featuring nine competing clubs. This season, Garena RoV scaled up the grand finals at BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, expanding the event space to cover two halls and adding activity zones and exhibitions for continuous fan engagement. Over 50,000 people attended across two days, while the accumulated online viewership throughout the season exceeded 65 million.

The Championship round saw fierce competition among four leading teams: Full Sense, Buriram United Esports, SOLYX Esports, and King of Gamers Club. Ultimately, the final match featured Full Sense and Buriram United Esports battling intensely for the title. Buriram United Esports delivered superior performance to win 4-2, reclaiming the Thai championship and the 6 million baht prize. The FMVP (Final Most Valuable Player) was awarded to “Deawwy” of Buriram United Esports. Meanwhile, Full Sense, last season’s champion, finished as runner-up this season.

In addition to the season championship, prize money, and trophy, Buriram United Esports earned the right to represent Thailand in the international Arena of Valor Premier League (APL) 2026, scheduled for mid-year in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, Vietnam. They were also invited to compete in the global Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026, a special collaboration between Arena of Valor (RoV) and Honor of Kings (HOK), held between July and August in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This marks a significant milestone reflecting RoV’s global growth as it celebrates 10 years of service in Thailand this year.

Patcharapol Chat-anun, Assistant Operations Manager at Garena Online (Thailand) and producer of Arena of Valor (Thailand), revealed: “This season, Garena RoV broke away from traditional esports events focused solely on competition, transforming into an ‘Esports Festival’ that blends games, esports, music, and Thai characters. It offers diverse fun activities creating experiences tailored to the lifestyles and interests of younger generations. This full-scale entertainment phenomenon sets a new standard, making esports more accessible to broader audiences and transforming offline events into spaces where varied fan communities can meet and share experiences in one place.”

Moreover, Garena RoV made history in Thai esports by launching the first all-female tournament, Miss RoV Tournament 2026, promoting esports accessibility to a wider athlete base and providing female players a platform to showcase their talents. In the finals, team “eArena” claimed this historic championship by decisively defeating TEAM MAZZ 3-0.

“Another highlight this season is the Miss RoV Tournament 2026, held alongside the main tournament, with over 418 teams from across the country competing. This demonstrates strong support from female players, reflecting their readiness and desire for competitive space. Notably, the two finalist teams in this tournament will earn the right to compete internationally at the Arena of Valor Premier League (APL) 2026 in Vietnam, alongside the RPL 2026 Summer champions. They will compete against female athletes from other countries for the international title. This competition pioneers and paves the way for more all-female tournaments in the future,” Patcharapol added.

Reinforcing its image as an entertainment leader, Garena created a new cross-universe entertainment phenomenon by launching “DREAMGALS,” a stylish girl group from YUPP! as the “Friends of Valor” for RoV. Led by MILLI (Danupha Kanateerakul), Flower.far (Pichyanin Noosri), and GALCHANIE (Thananya Inwong), they appeared at RPL 2026 Summer with a grand mini-concert opening the Miss RoV Tournament 2026 finals, radiating confident “female friend, female power” energy to ignite the esports stage.

“We believe that today’s games and esports are no longer just entertainment or sports confined to screens, but have evolved into an integral part of modern lifestyles, blending seamlessly with other pop cultures. RoV has consistently collaborated with other brands and industries, including music. The partnership with DREAMGALS as ‘Friends of Valor’ bridges diverse contemporary cultures into one universe, reaching gamers, esports fans, and music lovers simultaneously in a shared space,” Patcharapol explained.

Following this was a special performance by GALCHANIE (Thananya Inwong) with the season’s theme song “DREAMRISER: Dawn of Dreams,” captivating all eyes and energizing the audience in the hall as they charged into the final deciding match of the RPL 2026 Summer championship showdown.

The excitement further escalated with an exclusive Show Match featuring “Kong Huayrai,” who took the stage to compete against top RoV influencers, adding vibrant energy and roaring cheers throughout the hall.

Another key highlight was the RoV x PASULOL activity zone, creatively spotlighting Thai content through the collaboration between Garena RoV and popular Thai artist PASULOL (Pasu Lorpensri), who has over 4.3 million YouTube subscribers. Together, they created an exclusive skin for the hero Gildur, inspired by PASULOL’s cartoon character “Phra Isuan.” They also offered many gamer-friendly activities such as “Worship Me, Hunt the Skin,” where attendees could offer items to “Phra Isuan” for a chance to win exclusive skins, plus “Fiery Duels,” “Meteor Hero Slayer,” and a “Heavenly Photo Booth,” delivering playful fun and exclusive experiences to RoV gamers.

To complete the festival atmosphere, Garena RoV curated a selection of 10 Michelin Guide-rated Thai food vendors to serve fans, including Tang Jai Yang, Tang Suay Heng Phochana, Kanom Bueng Wan Phueng Noi, Boonlert Grilled Pork Wonton Noodles, Elvis Suki, 40-Year-Old Signature Rad Na Yod Pak (Tiger Shrine), Kaprao Khun Chang, Lek Yai Tom Yum Noodles, Lek Yai Fresh Milk, and Try Me Thai.

“As a pioneer of professional esports in Thailand, Garena RoV believes that organizing the RoV Pro League continuously over more than 17 seasons not only pushes top talent from leading esports clubs but also plays a crucial role in developing the entire ecosystem. It helps nurture new athletes, introduces esports to Thai society, and creates new career opportunities in related sectors. Therefore, our pride in organizing the RoV Pro League goes beyond creating champions or breaking viewership records; it drives the growth of Thailand’s digital economy through limitless modern sports,” Patcharapol concluded.
