World No. 1 takes it easy! ‘Pro Gino’ rides an electric bike to the voting booth before switching to championship mode in Thailand later this month.
“Pro Gino” Atthaya Thitikul, the world’s No. 1 female golfer, fulfilled her duties as a Thai citizen by voting in the 2026 House of Representatives election on the morning of 8 February in the Pravet district.
In a very relaxed look, wearing a T-shirt and shorts, she notably rode her favorite electric bike from home to the polling station herself, living up to her nickname “National Daughter,” admired for her simplicity and down-to-earth nature.
Taking a mental break before entering an intense competition mode in the coming days, Pro Gino has a major mission eagerly awaited by golf fans nationwide: competing in the Honda LPGA Thailand 2026 in Pattaya from 19 to 22 February. This event is where Gino intends to showcase her top form before her Thai fanbase as the world’s No. 1.
