This victory ended an 8-year title drought for the Thai men's volleyball team and marked their 9th championship, amid roaring cheers from the crowd.
Behind this success, one of the key figures was"Yameen" Krisada Nilsawai,Thailand's top fast volleyball player who won his 5th SEA Games gold medal in his career. After the match, he posted a heartfelt message saying, "This year, I lost something I never wanted to lose in my life, but I gained something I have wanted the most. Saying it makes me sad, but it's alright."
Regarding "Yameen" Krisada Nilsawai, he was engaged to his girlfriend in May 2021, but recently he hinted that he is single again.
