She admitted that the tournament was filled with tears and precious memories.
She revealed that this SEA Games was extremely meaningful, bringing pressure, challenges, and the excitement of creating memorable experiences to close out 2025 with fans. She thanked all the cheering supporters, acknowledging that success does not come easily.
Bum Bim expressed gratitude to all her teammates for their united effort and full dedication that led to achieving their set goals, emphasizing how proud she is of this team.
She also thanked the coaches, staff, and behind-the-scenes team who took care of the training, provided information, and supported them daily, as well as the medical, physical therapy, and sports science teams who played a crucial role in helping her return to the court.
“Thank you to the medical, physical therapy, and sports science teams who helped me stand on the court again after days I thought I might never play. Thank you for your hard work of body, mind, and time all combined. A 3-week miracle is quite something,” she said.
“Thank you for making every moment joyful. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my little heart.”
On the court, the Thai women's volleyball team, defending champions with 16 titles, showed great determination in a fierce five-set match against Vietnam, ultimately winning 3-2 to successfully defend their SEA Games championship, claiming their 17th consecutive gold medal in grand fashion.
