The final round will be held in the Macao Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China, from 22–26 July 2026, with the top seven teams plus the host qualifying. The team finishing last (18th) will be relegated from the tournament.

Leg 1 in Vietnam from 31 July to 2 August 2026.

Leg 2 in Chiang Mai, Thailand from 7 to 9 August 2026.

21–30 August 2026: 2026 Women's Asian Volleyball Championship (Tianjin, China).

The significance of this event is that the champion earns direct qualification to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, while teams finishing 1st to 3rd qualify automatically for the 2027 World Championship.

19 September – 4 October 2026: Asian Games 2026.

Asian Games prize money (referencing 2022 Asian Games).

Gold medal: 2,000,000 baht.

Silver medal: 1,000,000 baht.

Bronze medal: 500,000 baht.
