
Latest VNL 2026 women's volleyball standings: Thai women's team rises in ranking despite losing to Belgium.
On 6 June 2026, the latest standings of the 2026 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League (VNL) were updated after the conclusion of the third match of week one in Nanjing, People's Republic of China.
The results showed that the Thai women's national volleyball team narrowly lost to Belgium 2-3 sets, with scores of 25-20, 25-22, 23-25, 22-25, 14-16. This means the Thai players have yet to win in their first three matches but have gained 2 points.
Nevertheless, the Thai women's volleyball team moved up from 17th to 16th place temporarily, holding one point more than France. Thailand now needs France to fail to beat Canada tonight at 03:30 to maintain their 16th place ranking.
In the VNL 2026 week 1, match 4, the Thai women's volleyball team will face the Czech Republic on Sunday, 7 June, at 10:30 Thai time.
