Czech National Team Player Speaks Candidly About Thai Womens Volleyball After VNL 2026 Match

Kveta Grabovska, setter for the Czech national volleyball team, spoke openly after defeating Thailand's women's volleyball team in the 2026 Volleyball Nations League (VNL).

Following Thailand's women's volleyball team suffering a heavy 0-3 defeat to the Czech Republic with set scores of 14-25, 19-25, and 11-25 in the fourth match of week one at the 2026 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League, reactions emerged.

After the match, Kveta Grabovska, the Czech setter, said, “This victory is very important for us. It was clear that the Thai team was fatigued. We gave our all and tried to adapt to their varied volleyball style, and winning 3-0 was truly excellent.”

“In the second set, Thailand tried to pressure us with their serves, but we remained patient and handled it well. Our team's spirit paid off. It's perfect that we have won 3 of 4 matches on this court, and achieving three 3-0 wins is fantastic.”

As for Thailand's women's volleyball team, they will compete in the second week of the 2026 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League hosted in Thailand from 17 to 21 June 2026 GMT+7.
