The result showed that Thailand's women's volleyball team narrowly lost to Ukraine 2-3 sets (23-25, 25-19, 26-28, 25-22, 10-15), earning only 1 additional point, bringing their total to 3 points but having lost all five matches played in VNL 2026.
This keeps Thailand in 17th place, facing the risk of relegation from VNL 2026, while Ukraine increased their points to 5 and rose to 12th place.
