Following the narrow 2-3 set loss (23-25, 25-19, 26-28, 25-22, 10-15) by the Thai women's national volleyball team to Ukraine in the FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League 2026, second venue, first match, held at the Indoor Stadium Huamark, Bangkok.
After the game, “Aomsin” Sasipaporn Chanthavisut, a star player of the Thai women's team, spoke frankly: “Every team has improved a lot, which surprised us. But we also prepared and studied how to play against them. Asked if we were afraid, no, we are not afraid. We do not underestimate our opponents, but we focus on our own team.”
“Today, our weakness was some skills that were somewhat loose. We need to fix that. But I still stand by what I said: we will get the victory.”
