
The Thailand U18 women's national volleyball team was outstanding, crushing Indonesia to advance to the semifinals of the 2026 Asian Championship and secure a spot in the World Championship.
On 5 July 2026, during the U18 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship quarterfinals at Terminal 21 Korat shopping center in Nakhon Ratchasima province, the Thailand national team faced off against Indonesia in a fierce match.
The results showed Thailand defeated Indonesia 3-0 in sets with scores of 25-18, 25-12, and 25-19. Thailand advanced to the semifinals to face South Korea, who beat Kazakhstan 3-1 with set scores of 26-24, 25-19, 21-25, and 25-16, scheduled for 6 July at 19:00.
Additionally, reaching the semifinals secured Thailand's place as one of the four Asian representatives qualified to compete in the 2027 U19 Women's Volleyball World Championship.
