On 7 Jul 2026 GMT+7, the third-place playoff of the Asian Girls' U18 Volleyball Championship 2026 took place at Terminal 21 Korat shopping mall, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. It featured the Thailand women's U18 team, coached by "Coach Ya" Natthaphon Srisamutnak, against the Japanese women's U18 team, known as the "Land of the Rising Sun spikers."
The result was that Thailand's U18 team defeated Japan's U18 team 3-2 sets, with scores of 14-25, 25-21, 25-19, 23-25, and 15-12. This victory secured third place for Thailand, while Japan finished in fourth place.
