On 12 July 2026, the latest world rankings for the Thai women's national volleyball team were released following the conclusion of the VNL 2026 Round 3 final match in Osaka, Japan.
The results showed that the Thai women's volleyball team lost to the world No. 4 Turkey in a close 1-3 set match (27-25, 21-25, 19-25, 22-25). After 12 matches across all three VNL 2026 rounds, Thailand’s record stands at 3 wins and 9 losses, earning 12 points.
However, there was good news for Thailand as this defeat had minimal impact, with only 0.01 points deducted. Consequently, Thailand remains ranked 17th in the world with 189.26 points.
Meanwhile, the victory had little effect on Turkey either, as they gained just 0.01 points, totaling 369.04 points, and maintained their 4th place world ranking.
