LOVB Salt Lake officially announced the signing of Omsin Sasipaporn Chantawisut to join their team of world-class stars.
On 14 June 2026, LOVB Salt Lake confirmed the official acquisition of Omsin Sasipaporn Chantawisut, a Thai national women's volleyball player.
The club praised Omsin via their Instagram, stating, "From Thailand to Salt Lake, the outstanding middle blocker of Thailand’s national team, Omsin Sasipaporn Chantawisut. She is a four-time Thailand League champion, former MVP of the Thailand League, and led Thailand to the 2023 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship title as well as the 2025 SEA Games gold medal. We are very excited to have one of Thailand’s most outstanding female volleyball players join Salt Lake."
In their inaugural season in the league, Salt Lake finished 4th in the regular season, advanced to the playoffs, and ended the season ranked 5th overall.
This move allows Thai star Omsin to join forces with several world-class players including Alexa Gray, Canadian national team middle blocker; Nanami Kojima, Japanese national team libero; and Jordyn Poulter, American national team setter, making Salt Lake one of the most watched teams in the LOVB, packed with national team-caliber players from across the globe.
