On 29 July 2026, the schedule for the SEA V Cup 2026 women's volleyball first leg was announced after the Thailand women's national volleyball team departed this morning to compete in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The Thailand women's volleyball team has won the SEA V Cup, formerly known as the SEA V.League, the most times—8 out of 9 legs across the past 5 tournaments. Each tournament usually features 2 legs, except in 2022 at Nakhon Ratchasima Province, where only one leg was held.
Vietnam has won one leg, the most recent SEA V.League leg 2 held in Ninh Binh City, by defeating Thailand 3-2 sets in the final.

The 6th SEA V Cup 2026 first leg features 4 teams: Vietnam (host), the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. They will compete in a round-robin format, with the team earning the highest points declared the champion.
