Four Thai male volleyball players have truly excelled by achieving leading records in the 2026 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship, with one player topping two statistical categories.
On 9 September 2026 GMT+7, statistics for the Thai men's national volleyball team were released following the group stage of the 2026 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship. The eight teams advancing from each of the three groups, A, B, and C, have now been confirmed.
Under the leadership of South Korean head coach Park Ki Won, the Thai men's volleyball team delivered an outstanding performance, winning all three matches against Qatar, South Korea, and Chinese Taipei. They collected 7 points to clinch the top spot in Group C.
This success is credited to several standout players on the Thai men's volleyball team. Notably, four players set top-level records in the 2026 Asian Championship, especially Naphadej Pinijdee, who secured first place in two distinct statistical categories as follows.
