In this game, Coach Aot Kiattipong Ratchatkriangkrai started the lineup led by team captain Pornpann Kodprat, along with Thaddao Nukjaeng, Sasipaporn Janthavisut, Pimphicha Kokram, Chatchu-on Moksri, and Kaewkalaya Kamulthala, with Kalyarat Khamwong as libero.
The match was closely contested, but Thailand's decisive edge secured a 3-0 victory with set scores of 25-22, 25-22, and 25-20 over Chinese Taipei.
With this win, Thailand's women's volleyball team topped Group C with three straight wins and advanced to the quarterfinals. They will have one day of rest before returning to compete on Sunday, 20 September.
