Nana Denies All Charges Police Contact Way Titanium, Still in Thailand

Police reveal that Nana denies all charges. Forged slips and claims of famous people were used to scam investments worth 195 million baht. Assets worth 10 million baht have been seized. Police have contacted "Way Titanium," who remains in Thailand, and plan to summon him to question about the "hardware wallet".

On 4 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Pol. Maj. Gen. Tatsapoom Jaruprach, Commander of the Economic Crime Suppression Division, updated the investigation on Nana Raibina, or Ms. Raibina Inthachai, 45, wanted under Criminal Court warrant No. 7195/2568 dated 2 Dec 2025 GMT+7, on charges of property fraud and public loan fraud. Nana denies all allegations, plans to submit explanatory documents later, and claims she was unaware her actions were illegal, believing it was a normal loan and that she could repay the victims in time.

Pol. Maj. Gen. Tatsapoom said preliminary investigation and evidence show that Nana forged dates on transfer slips to deceive investors into believing the funds were invested, building trust. However, the money was not actually invested as claimed. Additional complainants came forward yesterday, but total damages remain about 195 million baht. Details of the number of complainants are withheld as victims continue to report, and notable figures in the entertainment industry are still considering whether to file complaints.

Further investigations reveal Nana began facing business liquidity issues, then persuaded friends and acquaintances to invest by invoking famous names to gain credibility. The only real business was a hair salon operated with her husband; other funds came from defrauded victims. She also allegedly tricked victims into buying salon shares by forging share transfer documents, misleading them to believe ownership had been transferred.

Police believe Nana did not act alone. Based on data and behavior, they suspect accomplices or close associates and are expanding the case to prosecute others involved. Authorities seized seven items worth over 10 million baht, including:

1. Seven iPhones
2. Eleven boxes of art toys, including Bearbrick and others
3. One Ledger Nano X hardware wallet
4. One Hermès Birkin handbag
5. One Louis Vuitton tote bag
6. Approximately 50 pieces of jewelry from various brands
7. One white Mini Cooper Aceman model car

Among the seized items is the Ledger Nano X hardware wallet, used to store digital currency and secured by a passcode. During questioning, Nana said it belonged to "Way Titanium," her husband. Officials have contacted him; he remains in Thailand and will be summoned for questioning next week regarding the hardware wallet.
