Drinking Companions Give Statements to Police in Suspicious Death of Natpong

Three people who drank together came to Bang Kruai Police Station regarding the suspicious death of Natpong, a reporter from a prominent channel. 'Big' appeared worried and was the first to give a statement, while 'Ton' and 'Ice Sarawat' are expected to meet police this afternoon.

Update on the death of Mr. Natthawut, known as Natpong Ponglanka, 35, a reporter and news anchor from a well-known channel, found dead at his home in Bang Kruai district, Nonthaburi province. The autopsy revealed high levels of cyanide in his body, which caused his death.

At 09:00 on 7 Dec 2025 GMT+7 at Bang Kruai Police Station, Nonthaburi, four people who socialized with the deceased before the incident began arriving to meet investigators. Mr. Big, a close friend of the deceased, was first, followed by Ms. O and Ms. Or, who came to give statements about the death of Mr. Natthawut Ponglanka, or Natpong. They all had been drinking together at the house on the night of the incident. Ms. O and Ms. Or appeared calm, while Mr. Big looked worried.




Reporters asked Mr. Big if he was involved or worried. He briefly replied, "I want to give my statement to the police first."




As for Mr. Ton and Mr. Ice, the other two involved, they are expected to meet police this afternoon.
