On 8 Dec 2025, Pol Maj Gen Thasphoom Jaruprat, Commander of the Economic Crime Suppression Division, stated that today, Mr. Prinya Inchai, also known as 'Way Titanium'. along with his lawyer, did come to meet investigators from Division 4, Economic Crime Suppression Division, but the meeting was regarding the ledger-nano-x hardware wallet, a digital cash storage device seized during the arrest of Mrs. Raibina Inchai, also known as 'Nana Raibina'. his wife, at their residence earlier.
Pol Maj Gen Thasphoom said that today there was no formal questioning of Mr. Prinya regarding the case. However, tomorrow (9 Dec), investigators from Division 4, Economic Crime Suppression Division, will issue a first summons to Mr. Prinya, requesting him to come give a statement within seven days. Since he came to meet investigators today, they agreed to schedule his statement for 11 Dec 2025.
Whether charges will be filed against Mr. Prinya on that day or if it will be only a witness statement cannot yet be disclosed, as the investigation is ongoing and evidence is being analyzed to determine the facts.
