Way Titanium Admits Borrowing 2 Million Baht from Day Not 10 Million, Scandal Affects Work

"Way Titanium" has acknowledged charges of conspiracy to defraud and clarified that he borrowed only 2 million baht from "Day Titanium," not 10 million as reported. He revealed that the scandal has affected his work, with several sponsors withdrawing.

At 1:00 p.m. on 12 Dec 2025 GMT+7, at the front of the Central Investigation Bureau building, Mr. Saiyut Pengboonchu said he brought his client to meet investigators to acknowledge charges of "conspiracy to defraud" involving a well-known businessman who transferred 14 million baht in 10 transactions into Mr. Prinya Inthachai's (Way Titanium) account since March 2022. The victim reported the case, believing Way was complicit with his wife, Raybina (Nana Raybina), in the fraud.

From discussions with his client, Mr. Prinya was unaware that his wife contacted the victim to have money transferred into his account. He only knew that Raybina informed him about the deposits and directed him to use the funds as instructed. He did not know the source of the money or the individuals involved. Raybina had told the victim not to disclose their communications to Mr. Prinya.

Mr. Saiyut added that Mr. Prinya became aware of disputes with the victim around October, then began repaying debts starting late October with a payment of 1.5 million baht directly to the victim. He also clarified that during a dinner with the victim, Raybina, Mr. Prinya, and several businessmen, no business matters were discussed. He confirmed Mr. Prinya was unaware of Raybina's investments with the victim and never invited anyone to invest.

Mr. Saiyut confirmed that the 14 million baht involved today is unrelated to a previous case involving 50 million baht. Regarding debt repayment, he admitted both clients are anxious about raising funds due to negative publicity affecting their work, leading to event cancellations and sponsor withdrawals from concerts. They also faced criticism that reduced the sale price of their hair salon shares from 300 million to 180 million baht. They are investigating whether the house for sale is mortgaged. Given current assets, the debt repayment plan remains uncertain. The total damages Raybina must repay across all cases amount to 152 million baht, and she is committed to settling this debt.

Around 1:00 p.m., after completing procedures to acknowledge the charges, Mr. Prinya (Way Titanium) spoke to the media, stating he came to give testimony and acknowledge charges as summoned by authorities. He said he has explained all details to officials.

Mr. Prinya also addressed the case involving his close friend Day Titanium (Day Jamas Tasanlawad), who spoke about their relationship within the Titanium group. He confirmed borrowing 2 million baht recently from Day Titanium under a personal agreement and did not tell anyone, as they have been close friends and colleagues for 25 years. He denied knowing about the 8-figure loan Day mentioned publicly. Since the issue arose, he has tried to communicate with Day continuously. Regarding repayment, their agreement is that Day will notify him if repayment is needed, but this has not yet been discussed. He was surprised to see a clip of Day admitting the loan on social media.

Mr. Prinya added that the entire situation has affected his work, especially concerts, with many sponsors and artists withdrawing. Whether concerts will proceed remains undecided. He said he will discuss debt repayment options with his legal team. He admitted the matter causes stress due to intense media attention and concerns for his child, but he explained and they are managing the situation. He confirmed he is still legally married to Raybina (Nana).
