Jinny Yossuda Has Given Police Statement Dome Pakorn Lam to Be Summoned Over Harassment Comments

"Jinny Yossuda" She has given a statement to Phahonyothin Police Station. Authorities are preparing to issue a summons for "Dome Pakorn Lam" regarding harassment comments that violate the Computer Crime Act.


In the case where Mr. Pariyes Angurakitti, spokesperson for the Thai Sang Thai Party, led a legal advisory team authorized by "Jinny" or Ms. Yossuda Lilapanyalert, 26, a staff member of the Thai Sang Thai Party and daughter of Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan, the party leader, to submit evidence to Phahonyothin Police Station to press charges against "Dome Pakorn Lam," 46, a well-known singer, actor, and model, for sexually harassing comments under Jinny's Facebook post on 30 December.

Later, Pol. Col. Marut Sutnongbua, superintendent of Phahonyothin Police Station, stated that Jinny, the daughter of Khunying Noi, needed to provide a statement as the direct victim to the investigators. This was to detail the incident and compile the case file before beginning legal proceedings. A meeting was scheduled after the New Year to proceed with the case against Dome Pakorn Lam.

Most recently, at 3:00 p.m. on 13 Jan 2026, Pol. Col. Marut Sutnongbua, superintendent of Phahonyothin Police Station, revealed that Jinny Yossuda had met with Sub-Lieutenant Sutthisa Wongpin, deputy investigator at Phahonyothin Police, the case officer. After the New Year, she expressed her intent to pursue legal action against Dome Pakorn Lam for sexual harassment comments. The investigation covered details of the incident, its impacts, and damages. The date of her meeting was not disclosed to the media.

The superintendent added that investigators had received the complaint. Previously, they gathered witness statements and initial evidence. After representatives authorized by the victim filed the complaint, investigators now have sufficient evidence to issue a summons for the suspect to appear and acknowledge the charges. The exact date for summons remains unknown. Dome Pakorn Lam has not contacted authorities since the incident.

Initially, if Dome Pakorn Lam acknowledges the charges, he will face main charges under the Computer Crime Act for submitting false information causing reputational damage, as well as charges of sexual harassment. This may also include defamation and public embarrassment offenses.
