Police officers inspected a house in Bueng Kum and found the body of a 70-year-old former teacher who had been violently attacked. Suspicion arose when the housekeeper disappeared, prompting police to intensify their investigation.
On 21 Jan 2016 at approximately 14:00, police inspected a house inside Soi Nawamin 70 in the Bueng Kum police district after receiving a report of a deceased woman. The victim, a 70-year-old female homeowner and former teacher, showed signs of assault. Her face appeared to have been struck, and there were slashes on her neck, face, and ankles caused by a sharp object.
Preliminary inquiries revealed the victim lived with a Laotian housekeeper who has since disappeared from the residence.
