Ms. Maneejan, 31, the mother from Sub Mai Daeng Subdistrict, Bueng Sam Phan District, Phetchabun Province, said her daughter was at the event with her and had not consumed alcohol. The girl was playing on her phone when the officer in the video grabbed her arm and body. There was no video of the initial incident because the mother was not with her daughter at the time.
